The deck has been tweaked just a bit. There is infinite scry, infinite card draw, infinite mana and infinite mill.

Kiora's Follower x2, 1 with Illusionist's Bracers

Then add a Codex Shredder for infinite mill.

Add any land for infinite mana.

Add Sigiled Starfish for infinite scry.

Add Dakra Mystic for infinite card draw (infinite mana included)

Lots of counters for defense, 0/3 creatures for early game D and Thassa, God of the Sea for early game help.
