This is a budget hyper aggressive Rakdos deck. It revolves around getting a bunch of little guys out early, haste, some spot removal, and a few ways to finish a game that might go longer than intended.

A fairly typical game might start with turn 1 Tormented Hero or Rakdos Cackler into turn 2 Madcap Skills dealing a total of 6 damage. Follow this kind of thing up with a steady diet of Spike Jester and Rakdos Shred-Freak until you have overrun your opponent. Armed can be lethal against a tapped out opponent and Mogis's Marauder can easily lead to alpha strikes on otherwise stalled out boards that lack either red or black. Dreadbore helps out against pesky planeswalkers and other threats.

This deck is weak against mass removal, but if you are looking to wallop your opponents out of nowhere, this can certainly do the job.
