Took Mikaeus, Extreme Sub $20 Budget EDH and added some upgrades and tweaks for MTGO while taking ideas from Mikaeus, Extreme Not So Budget EDH. Trying to make as cool of a deck as possible, without spending a lot of tickets. On paper this deck would be a lot more, but is outside of what I'm trying to do here. Getting as crazy of a deck as possible while being somewhat cheap in tickets is the overall goal here. Also winning.

Lots of combo fun, infect wins, and shennanigans to be had.

Combos

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed sets off quite a few things in motion

Triskelion + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed =infinite damage, 1 per sac at first, then 2 after the undying triggerInifinite Sacrifices are done by Tatterkite, any persist creature, or Spincrusher

Infect wins are possible with Flesh-Eater Imp, and the plethora of things to sac to him, also through in Hatred to pump him up to ridiculous levels. Straight aggro beatdown with commander damage is also a possiblity, and Hatred fuels that. Ramp up to an early mikaeus, the unhallowed, and hit him with Hatred if unblocked for the next turn for lethal commander damage.

Fun wins: Anyone can aggro, combo, or infect someone to death, but there have been some notable victories so far. My opponent was down to 6, and I could have attacked and won, but that would be boring. Had a Blood Artist on the field, 4 more creatures, and 6 swamps in play in addition to my commander. Drop Mutilate and get the rare Blood Artist win all at once when it resolved.
