First attempt at a dragon themed deck, all my decks are themed. Use Seething Song and Geosurge to summon the dragons turn 3-5, given that there's a Dragonlord's Servant on the field. Use Magma Jet for quick kills, but mainly for the scrying. Kargan Dragonlord is a turn 2 drop that can get powerful fast with any spare mana, or with Seething Song, and Geosurge . Stormbreath Dragon, Utvara Hellkite and Balefire Dragon are the meat of this deck, providing good offense and defense. Haven of the Spirit Dragon is there to get your dragons back if they're countered, or killed. Dragonmaster Outcast is a perfect card to draw if all you've been drawing is land, and it's a nice turn 1 drop. Predator Dragon , and Banefire should be used as unexpected finishers when the opponent is tapped out (irrelevant for the latter). You can Seething Song or Geosurge into Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, which in most scenarios is a game winning situation.

Btw for casual play swap out Siege Dragon with Kilnmouth Dragon , and add Dragonstorm. If you use Geosurge or Seething Song into Dragonstorm, you get to pick any 2 dragons in the deck, pretty nice mid-late game
