Blue/Black Faeries built for a tribal campaign using modern banlist and 30 tribal related cards (name or text implies tribal; Dragon Fodder is goblin tribal for example for this campaign).

Mostly uses the general modern shell but with filler for tribal campaign rules.

Bitterblossom and all Anthems (scion and blackguard) are key to overwhelming your opponent and speeding up a turn 7 clock.

Mistbind Clique your spellstutter sprites and and then peel them from reality to for fun combos. MBC is also a really mean play on opp. upkeep.
