OK, this is my fun blue deck for standard. I started playing modern with an aggro style deck and fancied something different so decided to tinker in blue when my son destroyed me with a mill deck. I though id try that as its quite entertaining and this is my attempt. While my lad likes sphinx and drawing a lot to mill me I'm slowly coming over to startled awake and the more direct approach. I also found once i get persistent nightmare onto the field it can be awkward getting combat damage to return it to my hand. Thankfully clutch of currents fixed that.
