I suggest you study your mana chart in the sidebar. Your mana symbols do not match the mana your lands provide.

Linvala, Keeper of Silence can be moved to mainboard it is just a great commander card. Also, Sire Of Insanity seems counterproductive with Kaalia seeing how you want a populated hand, because of that I can't stress cards like Bloodgift Demon and Phyrexian Arena enough for this deck. Take out Razia she isn't that good. Finally, you need more ways of getting Kaalia through as without her the deck doesn't work, Whispersilk Cloak is th best option but if you want something cheaper than Prowler's Helm is a decent budget option.

P.S. You could try and go for meld here by including Gisela, the Broken Blade and Bruna, the Fading Light to make Brisela, Voice of Nightmares. Or you could also include Malfegor as a creature board wipe.

Reasonable comments, Sire Of Insanity is in here to counter control decks. Linvala is very good but I am having trouble finding out what to remove for her. You are right about needing ways to get trough, I think Prowler's Helm is way too weak but Whispersilk Cloak and Dolmen Gate are good choices.

I didn't even notice you weren't at 100, you have to have 100 cards you can't have more in commander it needs to be exact. Razia's Purification, Razia, Boros Archangel, Archangel of Thune (you don't have tons of lifegain), Bogardan Hellkite, Dragon Mage, Rakdos the Defiler, Winter Orb (if Kaalia isn't out this just hurts you), Ghostway and Dolmen Gate can all be removed to make space (that is 9 so 4 of those can stay or you can address other needs with those slots).
