Built for 4 person games, not 1v1. The main goal is to get Dragonstorm out as quickly as possible, preferably the Utvara Hellkite. Prosperity, Brainstorm, and the Firemind can be used to keep your hand full, and the Dracogenius or Prosperity together with the Firemind can be used to deal direct damage. Balefire, Scourge, and Thundermaw can be used to keep the field clear and Knollspine works well with Niv Mizzet. Dragon Hatchling and Dragon Egg can be used in the early game. Brainstorm can get Utvara Hellkite or any other dragon back into your deck prior to casting a Dragonstorm. Use Tolaria West to get the Academy or artifact lands into play, and use the mana from that combined with the mana from your lands, Rite of Flame, Seething Song, and Simian Spirit Guides to pay for Prosperity, fry your opponent with Niv Mizzet or other firebreathing dragons, or to cast Dragonstorm.
