Mono-blue sea monsters! Everything is as sea-themed as possible whilst trying to be not god-awful. Recently changed the commander from Lorthos, so this version is going through some testing.

If you want to include a combo win in this by the way, Deadeye Navigator + Great Whale + High tide makes infinite blue mana... do with that what you will. I've purposefully left them out because I want to win through smashing face in mono-blue, and totally not because I can't find a Great Whale anywhere.

Thanks to Dominaria, we have Slinn Voda as an actual commander with sea monster synergy! He's also brought in a wave of merfolk to the deck, which lets us be a little more active during early turns. I've tried to prioritize merfolk that have a use on their own, as this isn't a dedicated merfolk deck. Trying to take advantage of lots of merfolk tribal synergies I think would make things too messy.
