U/R Artifact in preparation for the rotation. use Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact or Ornithopter for cheap 5/5. In late game, use AEtherspouts + Bident of Thassa to wipe their creatures. Shrapnel Blast is useful when Scuttling Doom Engine is targeted with Exile or whatever else may prevent it from attacking. Land Mine tokens produced by Goblin Kaboomist is another great artifact to sacrifice for Shrapnel Blast.

In regards to the Aetherspouts + Bident of Thassa combo, I am wondering if 4uuu is too expensive for a remove opponent's creatures effect. I was originally considering Polymorphist's Jest as that would also make larger creatures susceptible to Goblin Kaboomist Land Mine tokens, especially when using Bident of Thassa first.
