Trying to complete my Abzan Counters deck.

It is built around (duh...) the counters and the bonusses to creatures with counters. The greatest combo IMO is the [first strike + deathtouch + trample]. Some removal cards for if it is deemed necessary.

Any thoughts of how to make it better is welcome. Please mind that I am on a budget, and do not wish to go over an average cost of 30 or so.
