Also if you don't mind explaining what kind of aggro is beating you that would help.
Ex. Red Green Energy, Black Red Vampires, Vehicles, etc.

I have only played this at a couple FNMs but it can handle them all quite well if I can get a decent starting hand. Ive lost to a Jund energy aggro, that had Glint Sleeve Siphoner out and he just outran me with cards. Thats why I'm so heavy on the card draw spells. Lol

yeah i feel you there. Jund is the only match up i can't really figure out with this deck. I have basically learned that they win game 1 80% of the time. They have a good chunk of creatures and too much removal so you need sideboard for them sadly.

i'm honestly considering 1 or 2 Turn Aside in my board just for them.

Why not Dispel? I'm definitely considering that for my sideboard

It's because i already have a dispel in my sideboard for the control mirror and the Jund decks i see usually have a 50/50 split between sorcery and instant speed removal. Yes they are running Fatal Push and Harnessed Lightning but most of them also have Incendiary Flow, Collective Brutality, and Ruinous Path.

I also added 2 Summary Dismissal to the board specifically for the vampire match up.

Interesting. I really need to work on my sideboard. Any suggestions? Anything I'm missing?

IMO all colorless spells in standard atm that warrant their own counter spell can be dealt with by other cards just as well if not better (especially when you have a baral on the board)
Electrostatic Pummeler - horribly awry is better cause it's a creature based deck
Aetherworks Marvel - negate works better cause it's a spell based deck
Vehicles - you honestly shouldn't waste time on the vehicles
Eldrazi CMC 4 or less - only real exception but horribly awry still works great
Eldrazi CMC 5 or higher - They come out so late that hard counters work just fine

So how does Rise from the tides work for you? I want to run it But its pretty sketchy with board wipes such as Yahenni's Expertise, Dec in Stone, etc. If I did put it in sideboard when would I side it in. And what would I side out for it?

I'm not running Tides in the side. I'm running it as a 1 of in the main. My LGS is dominated my agro decks so board wipes are not that big of an issue. But when I do come across a control player that's when I board it out. It's a pretty good win con since resolving it will force a board wipe (which you will probably counter anyway) or win you the game the following turn.

Yeah I'd love to run it mainboard but I don't know what to swap out for it :(

Good stuff! And yes I do believe Mono U is fast enough.
I recently placed 3rd beating a 4C Saheeli and Mardu Vehicles decks in a GPT in Bakersfield CA. I found that the interaction between Torrential Gearhulk and Engulf the Shore to be extremely effective in pissing your opponent off (lol) and controlling the board. Also, don't forget Disperse is standard legal and I find it fairly effective at slowing agro strategies and at the very worst its pretty good a protecting your stuff as well.
I would also suggest more land. I find through my experience that a control deck cannot afford to miss a land drop. I know someone else already suggested it but I feel it is pretty important.
Check out my deck, feedback would be awesome or maybe it will give you some ideas: Infinite Torrential

Thanks for the comment NicholsGT. More lands certainly wouldn't be bad. I'm just having trouble fitting in more. 24 seems to work very well though.

Nice deck! The only thing that doesn't sit well with me is the complete nombo of titi and Engulf. I feel like Engulf isn't the way to go if you're playing titi.
I'm playing mono blue control in standard as well and have been having a blast with it. I feel like Engulf is one of the best tools control has in standard right now, so I'm playing a full playset. I'd love your opinions on my build! Metallurgy
Here's hoping we get a nice replacement for Engulf before rotation!

You NEED 4x Supreme Will. Period. Draw and counter.

You should probably begin toying with ideas for post rotation. Riddleform is pretty solid in a deck like this. I know that losing Anticipate is going to be rough but either Hieroglyphic Illumination or Strategic Planning might be the best replacements. I agree with the person above as well, Supreme Will is pretty much an auto include. Horribly Awry can be replaced with Essence Scatter. Unsummon might be worth while as well, I do not care for Select for Inspection in the mainboard only because it always be dead when you draw it. I shouldn't say that, everytime I top deck it my opponent has a single vigilance creature out. 1 or 2 Pull from Tomorrow should be considered as well.

My guy you should cycle the comments when the suggestions rotate out of standard, you have suggestions from over a year ago and it's much too cluttered

Man it's been over a year since I've looked at this deck. Brings back some good memories of shadows standard. Really been wanting to play this deck ever since the rotation but there is one thing stopping me. The big green dino called Carnage Tyrant absolutely destroys this deck. It can't be countered or bounced and it's also big enough stat-wise to kill your gearhulks and trade with Nezuhal. I just can't imagine playing a deck that loses to my opponent because they played one of the most popular green cards in standard.

@GamingInTheDark I've only tested it with the play test here on tapped out. But it seems really good as a 1 of. Late game I usually have almost no cards in hand and about 6-8 mana open. Then drawing 4 cards puts me back on top of the game. I dunno it seems pretty solid. I'll have to play it at FNM and see how it does. Thx for the comment :)
