Gatecrash era blue and black Mill deck. Lots of stuff to put cards from the opponents deck into their graveyard, and creatures that aid in this milling, and also benefit from all the cards in the graveyard. Consuming Aberration is just a power house, getting huge and milling massive amounts of cards, while Wight of Precint Six just gets huge from all of it. Mirko Vosk mills hard af, too, and Phenax, God of Deception, turns every creature I control into a possible mill source. Jace, Memory Adept also hits hard with 10 cards milled per swing. Psychic Strike provides some counterspell-ing, Deaths Approach takes care of creatures, and Soul Ransom even lets me steal a creature.

Basically, you just keep chipping away at the opponents deck every turn, until you get the major mill cards that really move cards to the graveyard. Ideally, you win by milling their deck, so that they have nothing left to draw, but occasionally you can get some big creatures out that will win via life depletion.
