Ramp to Hive Mind and cast several Pact of the Titan, Pact of Negation, Slaughter Pact, Intervention Pact, and Summoner's Pact. Pacts get copied for opponent, so if they cannot pay the cost in their next upkeep they lose the game.

Note that Pact of Negation can be used to defend Hive Mind, and after Hive Mind resolves counter magic almost doesn't work against pacts (since you will copy their counter magic targets their counter magic), it is actually easier to combo off than it look like.
