This deck has been together in some shape or form since I began playing Magic. The consistency provided by equipment tutors such as Stonehewer Giant and Relic Seeker have preformed so exceptionally well that I recently decided to focus more on the equipment than I had in previous iterations. Sword of Fire and Ice and Puresteel Paladin made going into topdeck mode much less frequent.

02/2019

Traded for an Armageddon from a friend of mine. With Avacyn, Faith's Reward, and Smothering Tithe all in the deck I feel I have enough ways to break parity with MLD.

Future upgrades I am considering: Scroll Rack, Stoneforge Mystic, Teferi's Protection

Just found out Sram, Senior Edeficier is a thing. Sadly dont think I can justify having OG Odric in the 99, but cantripping off of Equipment should give this deck much needed draw power.

Swapped in a few more equipment and auras to capitalize on effect, swapped out: Angelic Overseer: Conditional protection was not reliable enough

Leonin Shikari: Same as above, was only extremely useful if I already had Puresteel Paladin

Student of Warfare: Was a cool foil, but 7 white mana to get to double strike was rough on the tempo every time.

Wayfarer's Bauble: usually better Sun Titan targets like Burnished Hart or Myriad Landscape. Curve of deck is dropping so I felt comfortable cutting the most inefficient ramp card.
