The strategy of this deck is to use Sisay, Weatherlight Captain to tutor up different legendary creatures to fit various situations, such as protecting your board or disrupting your opponent. After locking down the game with various pieces of hate, search up cards like Heroes' Podium and swing in for the win.

LEGENDARY UTILITY CARDS:

Archangel Avacyn   and Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero help protect your board against boardwipes that destroy or sacrifrce creatures, while Gaddock Teeg makes it almost impossible for most boardwipes to be cast in the first place

Saffi Eriksdotter and Journey to Eternity   protect individual pieces of your board

Shalai, Voice of Plenty and Kira, Great Glass-Spinner offer blanket protection from targeted spells or abilities to all of your creatures

Pramikon, Sky Rampart protects against large imminent attacks

Ashiok, Dream Render messes with your opponents' tutors

Dack Fayden steals large artifacts and helps filter cards

Karn, the Great Creator turns off your opponents' mana rocks

Kunoros, Hound of Athreos prevents most graveyard shenanigans

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade keeps people honest with mana

Narset, Parter of Veils prevents your opponents from accruing too much card advantage

Venser, Shaper Savant is a good answer to permanents and spells alike

Oko, Thief of Crowns and Teferi, Master of Time deal with creatures, and in Oko's case, artifacts

ADDITIONAL SYNERGY:

Seedborn Muse works exceptionally well with Sisay, as it allows you to use Sisay's ability during each opponent's turn. This can build up your board and mana incredibly quickly, and allows you to have enough mana to answer threats from each of your opponents as they come.

HELP NEEDED:

I've had a lot of difficulty balancing the card draw in this deck, so recommendations are welcome. I would also love to hear about any better utility cards you think might fit into this deck, and I'm definitely in need of a better win con. Thanks for checking my deck out!
