You're trying to be a Zombie deck and NOT running Geralf's Messenger ?

There are so many cards to run before Garruk Relentless should even be considered. Messenger and Varolz, the Scar-Striped being the first two I can think of off the top of my head.

Check out my deck Battledriver RDW I think it would compete very well against your deck. I am planning on taking it to my local PTQ I think. One thing I noticed about your list of results is that you face very few control type decks. I didn't see a single one in your match ups. Your local meta must play alot of aggro. I also think your deck could really benefit from Scavenging Ooze , Varolz, the Scar-Striped , and Putrefy If not in the main definitely as sideboards threats.

Garruk Relentless Flip is an awesome card but it doesn't fit in this deck. It's too slow.
Scavenging Ooze could be a good addition as a sideboard, for the other 2, I'm not sure at all...
I have made a lot of testing against control, and it went very well, but making test and playing against a good player is 2 very different thing. I just don't know what to expect. I hope I will play against some at my next FNM.
Thanks for the comments : )

How about Tracker's Instincts and a few Lord of the Undead, shouldn't hurt the mana curve too much and you can cast what you might have to discard with trackers?
I've recently put a zombie deck together if you wanted to check it out, Dead Man's Hand

You might be right, Immortal Servitude could be a good addition, but only in the sideboard. Killing Wave has always been my killing blow, so I don't need anything after that. But when the day comes, the card will be in my sideboard.
Thanks
