Sideboard

Jeskai Manifest:this deck isn't about goldfish, so not going to give turn by burn, but an explanation of each card, and what it does for the deck.

Instants/sorceries

Stoke the Flames removal, or that last damage needed for the win

Titan's Strength pumps, and with double strike 6 damage, scry 1 for all of 1 mana

Valorous Stance manifest buys you card advantage, this allows you to hold onto it either through indestructible, or removal.

Taigam's Scheming I know, dig, and cruise are better for most lists, but keep in mind I want to control the card on top of the deck after draw more than I want to have extra cards in my hand.

Enchantments

Lightform if this were a creature it would be playable

Rageform see the dream, this card alone is reason I built this deck.

Hammer of Purphoros swing with Iroas the turn it hits the field, yes please, but probably more important is the golems when the deck floods.

Creatures

Archetype of Aggression who doesn't love trample, and making it so you can chump block siege rhino right now is still important.

Flamewake Phoenix so easy to bring back OP pretty much has to exile or you can just keep bringing him back for all of 1 mana.

Iroas, God of Victory this is the star of the deck. everything is about getting online with either lifelink, or double strike. and with every permanent in the deck giving double devotion being a creature shouldn't be difficult.

Mardu Scout lightning strike until you get double red. never bad to have as a manifest for agro, and just all around a great ago card.

The dream Rageform Iroas, God of Victory off the top. next turn swing, flip, Titan's Strength for 20. yes, it takes devotion, but as 4 of it comes from itself 3 should be easy.

sideboard

Chain to the rocks to help deal with pesky threats

Deflecting Palm bring in against green decks as they tend to overkill, and could turn a loss into a win.

eidolon of countess battles bring in when you need your threats to be huge.

Erase whip decks are still a thing

Gods Willing after swinging with a hasted, double striking Iroas OP is going to side in every piece of removal they got. So, be ready.

Keranos, God of Storms bring in against control. card draw, or free damage.

Lightning Strike good against agro stratagies

sarkhan, the dragonpeaker dodges sorcery speed creature removal, and clearing his own path makes him hard to stop.

Defiant Strike to stop end hostilities mostly, but good against many stratagies.

match one 2-0 against waste not/dark deals deck. his build was still in the works, and shows promise, but I was able to run over him with rabble master

match two 0-2 jeskai agro. learned I need quicker answers to things like mantis rider if I'm going to stand a chance in this kind of matchup.

match three 0-2 boy if the lessons from match 2 hadn't sunk in playing the same kind of deck again got it. jeskai agro again. This time his rabble got out of control both games, and I couldn't draw to save my life.

conclusion: this deck is a lot of fun to play. Scheming is exactly what I needed to make manifest work well. I think my side strategy needs work. I think Flamewake Phoenix doesn't work as the only way to get it out of the grave is with an active god, and that then usually there is no need for it. I've got some ideas on how to fix it, but not sure the best plan is. would love some suggestions.
