This deck is trying to do several things:

1. Trying to abuse the interaction between Howl of the Horde and Call the Gatewatch to tutor out powerful Planeswalkers appropriate for the game state.

2. Making a sea of token creatures to help protect me early game and block for my Walkers. This may be moved to a sideboard plan in order to focus more on control in the mainboard (?) suggestions welcome

3. Planning on some nice interactions with the Oath of Gideon et. al., maybe Oath of Jace.

HELP!

What I need is advice from this great community on how to optimize my Planeswalker picks, so in essence what colors I have other than . Right now I have it built Naya (. Streamlining my ramp and color-fixing is probably in order as well.
