The Ur-Dragon is your all around dragon tribal primer. If you want simplicity and consistency, go play Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund. This deck features the best of the best dragons, with plenty of ways to remove problems, tutor for answers, and make your big flying lizards cost a lot less. The curve is very stable with the free -1 to cast dragons, and once The Ur-Dragon comes out from a boatload of mana, likeRamos, Dragon Engine, you can unload hell as these big baddies breathe fire on everything in their path. The land base is very pricey, so you can use the 10 trilands that come with the 2017 Commander deck, as well as buddy lands, cheap fetches (evolving wilds, panoramas, tapped fetches), and basic land tutors such as Cultivate or Kodama's Reach. WUBRG decks can have intimidating mana bases, which pushes people away from making the deck. There's still plenty of ways to get all the colors you need without dropping a ton of money. Have fun smashing people with spooky dragons, and don't forget your commander's eminence ability! Keep in mind that your commander will most likely be shot down the second you play it, try to ensure its safety with Lightning Greaves or Scalelord Reckoner, or just pop it out for free with Hellkite Courser.
