Since you are looking for assistance, here are my thoughts on four color hardened scales: Don't. It's generally a bad idea, and even with the mana base to support it, I had a hard time hitting the things I needed to hit consistently enough in a competitive environment.

Stasticially speaking, you are better off going with Bant hardened scales.

You need four copies of Servant of the Scale and four copies of Avatar of the Resolute.

As far as support for your creatures, I would pack four copies of Stubborn Denial and two copies of Scatter to the Winds. Both of these give you the opportunity to stop your opponent's spot removal.

abean218 thanks for the help! I thought that 4c was too much, but I was hoping there was something I could do to make it work. Does the deck look better now?

It looks better, but four Endless ones might be a better choice than Woodland Wanderer. It's more consistent at 4 mana. It will always be a 4/4 for 4 where Woodland Wanderer is going to be either a 3/3 for 4 or at most a 6/6 for 4. But since you are only playing three colors, at best it will be a 5/5 for 4. Stick with Endless One.

As far as the mana base goes, it depends on how budget you want the deck to be. I played it with ten fetches and tango lands, but it is just as easy to pull off with basic lands.

A good idea for better white in the mainboard is Feat of Resistance, which gives a creature protection and a +1/+1 counter. Great for this deck. I'd put that in over Scale Blessing, because it will keep you safe against spot removal, which is a big threat against this deck.

Inspiring Call is good against go wide wipes like Planar Outburst, I'd keep that at 2. But definitely 4 Dromoka's Command if you have the playset. It's too good to pass up (especially with Servant of the Scale).

All in all, you're definitely on the right track with this deck.

I built a very similar deck based on counters and substituting black for the Blue. I use Ultimate Price, Murderous Cut, Naturalize for my in-direct counter-spell type moves, and if you want a man land you can always use Shambling Vent. But I like the Abzan falconer idea, you can use that spot on the roster for any of those Abzan Colored cards to give the creatures what you want. Good deck +1
