Narset is cool with wheels, but wheels are a big liability before you have her out. Turbo pieces are a better symmetry to break with Narset, and your deck does things outside of that interaction.

Currently 10-3 matches with this list. (Force of Negation is currently just Negate). Been beating Lantern, Control, Tron, and Midrange. Lost 1-2 to Burn, but Burn is a horrible matchup for Turbo. Lost once to Control, and once to Storm (again, no surprises).

Wanting to play against Phoenix. Narset really hurts their ability to cantrip.

Unlike traditional mill, your deck still does things while you're setting up, and you're never completely defenseless.

EDIT: Now 26-12. The Phoenix matchup is a dream. Haven't lost yet. Need to play against Hogaak now.
