Good deck! I really like it, and it looks very well made
+1 from me.
Have you considered Oracle of Mul Daya ?
Also, you could use some Asceticism to protect your big beasts.
I can't really think of much else.

I already have Oracle of Mul Daya in the deck. ;) Asceticism sounds pretty solid to me since it gives my creatures hexproof and makes them more survivable to a wrath. But I can't think of any cards to remove to make room for it.

Oh, I looked in the deck multiple times and I didn't see it. My bad.
Maybe remove Pelakka Wurm ?

hmmm... Pelakka Wurm is quite powerful, it give me card advantage when it dies which makes it a good sac fodder for Birthing Pod and Greater Good . It also raise my life total by 7 each time it enters the battlefield too. On top of that it has good trample. with Bow of Nylea he becomes a threat that requires multiple creature to defend against and draws me a card after clearing my opponent of 7 creatures. Together with Genesis , you can reap the benefits over and over again.

Some of your land destruction is really slow, especially Rain of Thorns . There are better ways to protect yourself against utility lands, like Ghost Quarter .

Unless this is designed for 1v1 play, Sylvan Primordial is banned in commander.

I am sorry, but I have checked on gatherer and the banned-list and it didn't state that it wsa banned any more. This are the reference I looked at. Perhaps it is inaccurate, could you direct me to a correct ban list. It would be much appreciated.

Magebane Armor would be funny when making Polukranos monstrous.
