This is a Golgari Sacrificial and Self-Mill Deck. There is also the added element of card discarding.

The Creatures:

Nemesis of Mortals is great when you have a heaped grave to get a 5/5 for 2 or 3 mana

Black Cat is great as a blocker or to sacrifice while forcing your opponents to discard

Elvish Mystic is good to ramp for some of the more expensive creatures in this deck

Bogbrew Witch is in there for the synergy between it and the Bubbling Cauldron and the Festering Newt

Deadbridge Goliath is just a generally good creature and it also has scavenge for when it dies

Gnawing Zombies is here because of it's sacrificing ability.

Lotleth Troll is pretty fun card. He has a low mana cost and a load of cool abilities including trample, regeneration and you can discard a creature to give it +1/+1 counters.

Nighthowler Is tougher when you have more cards in the grave, so he can get pretty big.

Pharika's Mender can bring back a creature from the grave while being a useful 4/3
