My take on a Vela ninja deck. I threw as much card draw as possible in there. Also, with the lack of protection, i added Shred Memory as a trasmute tutor for my swiftfoot boots, counterspell, or removal. In all, I shouldn't ever have less than 7 cards in my hand.
