I have been testing this deck on MtG: Arena and let me tell you, it is fantastic when it works (unfortunately not all the time but hey, still pretty fun if I say so myself).
The goal of the deck is to draw as much as you can with Tormenting Voice, Opt, Chart a Course, Chemister's Insight, and sometimes Risk Factor when your opponent just can't afford to be burned anymore. Two of those draw spells let us discard cards to our graveyard, mostly Arclight Phoenix if we can, and our jump start spells/lands otherwise.
Then using our burn like Lightning Strike and Shock we can take care of creatures or our opponent's face if need be. Risk Factor is also great here because most of the time they'll take the damage in the early game without realizing just how much burst this deck is capable of dishing out.
Speaking of burst, we got some friends in Goblin Electromancer and Primal Amulet to help keep our spells nice and cheap, and in the case of the latter, double up on them eventually. I once casted a Risk Factor and doubled it twice so my opponent let me draw 9 cards because otherwise he would've died... seems good to me.
Any thoughts on the deck would be welcome! Debating on the number of everything at the moment, as well as what to put in the sideboard. Most likely some counter spells like ionize and negate for control matchups, and fight with fire and lave coil to deal with the big boys that green stompy likes to play. Thanks!
