The deck is simple, play Risen Reef and play as many elemental's as you can. Also you want to play one or both Zendikar's Roil and Grove Rumbler. Every land triggers Zendikar's Roil which then drops another elemental which in turn triggers Risen Reef. You will run 2 Laboratory Maniac's in case you mill yourself with 2 Opt's to get that last second win in the chance that you mill yourself out.
