Sultai Control (Standard MTG Deck)

Attempting to splash green to U/B control for sultai charm draw/kills. Having a spell that doubles as either option is extremely useful. Furthermore, it can destroy banishing lights/ whips of erebos; objects that otherwise would be difficult to handle in a U/B control deck if they hit the field. The extra counter spells can prove frustrating for midrange and control decks, giving a significant advantage when an opponent would otherwise feel a play is safe when several counters have been used up.
