Yisan, the Wanderer Bard EDH

Maybeboard

This is a high-tier Yisan, the Wanderer Bard deck. It can consistently win on turn 4 or 5 without any disruption from your opponents. The deck wants to ensure that you cast Yisan, the Wanderer Bard on turn 2 by making sure you can ramp on turn 1. If you get a god hand, he can be cast on turn one, but that can pretty much only happen with Mana Crypt. You want to get Yisan, the Wanderer Bard up to 5 counters as soon as possible. This will get you Seedborn Muse and will accelerate you very quickly. You should be able to drop Craterhoof Behemoth on your next turn after you get Seedborn Muse. You have enough protection in the deck to protect you from spot removal/board wipes (Sylvan Safekeeper, Temur Sabertooth, Whisperwood Elemental). If there is a player at the table that you are worried about that may run board wipes and removal, you can target them with your Artifact/Land Destruction. The deck also runs some stax effects like Thorn of Amethyst, Winter Orb, Sphere of Resistance, and Hall of Gemstone. None of these cards are going to hurt you nearly as much as anyone else because you run so many creatures and many of them produce you mana. This deck can produce infinite mana as well with Umbral Mantle/Illusionist's Bracers. Once you've done that, you can usually finish the game on the spot depending on the situation. Temur Sabertooth helps you out here. He can retrigger any of your ETB effects an infinite number of times. If you have ways to untap Yisan, the Wanderer Bard, you can get a lot of activations out of him with the infinite mana. You can go with Temur Sabertooth for your four-drop and Acidic Slime for the five-drop to destroy all lands. The creatures you fetch with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard can vary depending on the cards you start with in hand. Turn one will usually be Sakura-Tribe Scout or Sylvan Safekeeper if you want to be conservative. Sakura-Tribe Scout synergizes extremely well with Scryb Ranger as your two-drop. You can use the two to untap one of your Forests every opponent's turn. This can lead to extra Yisan activations. If you start with a hand that is heavy in elves, you might want to go with Quirion Ranger first followed up by Priest of Titania for lots of mana. Ultimately, your win condition will almost always be Craterhoof Behemoth. If he somehow ends up in your gravehard, you can fetch him with Eternal Witness or Greenwarden of Murasa. If he somehow gets exiled, you'll have a harder time winning.

Interesting Interactions/Tricks

-You can do a double activation with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard by putting his ability on the stack, untapping him with another ability, and then reactivating Yisan, the Wanderer Bard. This will get you two creatures of the same CMC since it is part of the cost to put the counter on Yisan, the Wanderer Bard. You'll usually do this to skip to five since many of the four drops are situational. You can also commonly do this to get to seven since both of your seven-drops are stellar.

-Nullmage Shepherd and Seedborn Muse are very great together because they'll negate all of your opponents' Artifact ramp.

-Quirion Ranger and Wirewood Symbiote are also very crazy together. You can get 3 total untaps in one turn with both of them on the board. Use Quirion Ranger, then use Wirewood Symbiote to bounce Quirion Ranger, recast Quirion Ranger and reuse it's ability.
