This deck uses Patron of the Moon and cards like Walking Atlas to play more lands each turn so I can just bring them back to my hand with Soratami moon magic and cheeky counter shenanigans. This is by no means a competative Commander deck. Just something to play because it looked like a different and fun approach to mono-blue. I also really liked the Moonfolk premise in Kamigawa.
