Do you like time? Does the concept of time arouse you? Well then this deck is just enough to get you goin'. As Jhoira as your commander, you have the power to determine the future state of the board! Now I wanted to make this deck as "friendly" As possible, so no land destruction, no infinite combos, no op eldrazis, no absurd creature combos. I've also tried keeping this as budget as the playstyle would allow. So no rustic study. Sorry.
