Old Show

Original: Pretty much just wheel to win with the monkey being added aggro and providing treasure tokens. Maybe-board includes cards I've tried out before and cards for the return to hand strategy. Biggest weaknesses is players emptying hands before being able to discard and control. Control is nearly impossible to play against with this deck. Ill probably come back and add to this description at a later time.

EDIT: So I decided to get rid of the monkey since we have the triome now. In their place I added Lightning Skelementals. I also added Sheoldred in place of a Megrim since the card is just plain cool. Had to take out Lurrus for obvious reason and I also replaced the fast lands. The sideboard reflects the decks I see a lot. I've pretty much given up against control since I rarely go against it anyway. Currently trying out 1x Kroxa although Ive never really liked it in the past. If youre wondering why only 1x Dark Deal, its because it just isnt that good against most decks. I also dont like having to wheel myself and lose a card too. Collective Defiance is way better and even Lightning Skelemental tends to be more effective. It only shines when Waste Not is out AND they have a few cards in hand since its mono black. That is the only reason I leave 1 in. Lightning Skelemental is probably my weakest card since it dies to just about any removal, but its still worth it more times than not. Plus it eats a bolt that Tourach might take. I might replace my Island because of its mana cost though.

Edit: 2 The deck itself is self explanatory. I prefer to wheel rather than straight discard since I need them to discard late game too. Testing out Blightning with Collected Conjuring at the moment. The rest of the deck minus the sideboard and mana base is locked in. 3x Sheoldreds is worth it. Adding a 4th Prismari Command has usually proven useful. The deck is surprisingly good against most decks. Even tier decks, but it falls flat against control. I had only won a single match against control and this deck has been my main since MH2 came out. A reprint of Urza's Guilt would be awesome as a 2-3 of in this deck. Also another card to wheel off of that can hit players and creatures as a 4 of while removing 1-2 Tourachs would make this deck perfect.

Just started playing again and largely for.. you guessed it! Orcish Bowmasters! Haven't gotten enough matches to have an informed opinion, but from what I've played so far, it delivers in this deck. Right now I'm running Monkeys when being 'try hard' and I'm running Dauthi Voidwalkers when its for fun. I may tinker around and try out Rise / Fall again since Orcish Bowmaster's can benefit from returning to my hand. If Bowmasters are out, that usually means I can use Rise/Fall to fill the opponents hand with whatever they destroyed too.

My Favorite other cards to use.. Dark Deal, Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, Lightning Skelemental, Megrim, Narset, Parter of Veils, Inscription of Ruin, Collective Brutality, Whispering Madness, Dream Salvage, Kolaghan's Command, Liliana of the Veil, Surgical Extraction, Rise / Fall.

Here are some fun cards outside of modern that go well with this deck.. Anvil of Bogardan, Memory Jar, Urza's Guilt, Dack Fayden, Windfall, Deathrite Shaman, Wheel and Deal, Cephalid Coliseum.
