Maybeboard

Chainer, Nightmare Adept, RB reanimator straight to Valuetown, population: you.

Chainer, Nightmare Adept is a powerful value commander, allowing you to use recursive threats to grind out opponents. There are three elements in his text that we take advantage of: instant speed discard, haste enabler and graveyard recursion.

The discard ability of Chainer, Nightmare Adept has no timing nor card type restrictions, meaning we can pull some interesting shenanigans with it.

The haste ability applies as long as the card did not enter the battlefield from the hand, meaning it gives haste to creatures played through Madness, from exile and even trigged abilities like Undying and Persist.

As Chainer, Nightmare Adept works as a haste enabler outside of his activated ability, creatures which can reanimate others possess far more value.

We run seven other reanimators which have their own advantages and disadvantages, but all work even better in tandem with Chainer.

Entomb and Oriq Loremage give us very flexible options in case we require an answer quickly.

Coffin Queen allows us to take any strong utility pieces from any graveyard. Most of the time we're using her ability to generate strong ETB effects, so we would untap her at the beginning of our next turn.

Feldon of the Third Path and MImic Vat lets us produce an infinite number of tokens via Sundial of the Infinite.

Chainer, Dementia Master is the arguably the stronger Chainer since it lets us cheat on mana costs as well as take pieces from opponents' graveyards.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed gives ~30 creatures in our deck Undying, and also operates as an infinite combo with Murderous Redcap.

Rise of the Dark Realms should win us the game outright.

We do run a small control package in the deck, with typical RB cards like Shriekmaw, Fire Covenant and Blasphemous Act, as well as cards like Necron Deathmark, Dictate of Erebos Plaguecrafter and Vengeful Pharaoh, which all hate on opposing creatures.

Vengeful Pharaoh is especially spicy since with Chainer, Nightmare Adept out, we can discard at instant speed after blockers are declared to destroy any attacking creature, as long as we take damage.

Cityscape Leveler and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger lets us target all permanents, although they are expensive/semi-reliable.

Fulminator Mage gives us Strip Mine locks.

Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast are just valuable cards in a red deck.

This deck requires at least one card in hand and a value piece of the graveyard to function, as such we require a healthy amount of card advantage.

On the bottom end of the curve we run Deadeye Tracker, allowing us to exile pieces from opponents graveyard for land ramp or deck thining, as Hostile Negotiations which might as well read pay 4, draw 6.

Rix Maadi Reveler lets us dump our hand and stock up with a fresh three.

Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is just a general value price, acting as a sac outlet, card draw engine, control piece and let's us proliferate on the odd occasion as well.

Disciple of Bolas draws us a handful of cards as a sac outlet, whilst Combustible Gearhulk can deal hefty amounts of damage if given the opportunity.

Dire Fleet Daredevil gives us a lot of choices when using our opponent's decks against them

Burning-Rune Demon is a 6 mana, reusable, double Diabolic Tutor.

The rest of the deck are filled with utility cards which should give us answers to any situation.

Cards like Blacklance Paragon, which lets us destroy most attacking creatures and gain three life, and Dualcaster Mage lets us copy any instant or sorcery, from Time Warp to Cyclonic Rift.

Winding Canyons and Vedalken Orrery grants our creature cards flash, including those in the graveyard which Chainer, Nightmare Adept can take advantage of.

Tossing Anger into the graveyard or using Flamekin Village or Hanweir Battlements   gives us redundancy for our commander, whilst Zealous Conscripts steals ANY permanent, including walkers about to ult, and combined with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker wins us the game.

Ayara, First of Locthwain and Syr Konrad, the Grim constantly output damage if not dealt with immediately.

Reusing Dockside Extortionist and Burnished Hart quickly ramps our mana, while Heartless Summoning, Jet Medallion and Rakdos, Lord of Riots gives us reasonable discounts to our spells.

Panharmonicon just doubles our ETBs, which is always good, whilst Ashnod's Altar is just value in general.

Cauldron of Souls lets us continue to reuse ETBs without any other reanimators, and recover from a boardwipe as well.

Rogue's Passage and Bojuka Bog lets us deal with opposing boards with little resistance in terms of other creature based or graveyard decks.
