Personally I'm very tired of seeing nothing but mono colored decks everywhere, and I think most midrange decks have decent match-ups against them. So I'm going to be playing this midrange build, that will hopefully get better after Born of the Gods.

I know a lot of people would think that Voice of Resurgence would be a good fit for this deck, but my wallet and I disagree. I personally prefer Scavenging Ooze to it, because of the lifegain. Between most likely having to shock myself at least once, and thoughtseize, I very well could be doing 4-6 points of damage to myself every game. Scavenging Ooze is a creature that isn't a bad draw early or late game and gives me back some of the life I have lost.
