Where as many Dimir decks will try to win by decking out an opponent, this deck uses the effects of Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank to kill your opponent before you mill them all the way down. If you can't draw into either of those two, then you can use Dimir Infiltrators Transmute effect to search them or mill yourself down with Dimir Charm controlling your next turns draw. Dimir Infiltrator and Dimir Charm also serves as a potential start to the Guildmage and Mindcrank combo. As the name suggests, only three land are needed to win.
