I usually only play Commander, because I am too cheap to keep up with a cycling Standard that I don't play often.

This decks goal was to be as cheap as possible without being... bad. I spent about $7 to put it together because I'm borrowing Launch the Fleet.

The basic strategy:

1. Amass tokens

2. Affix +1/+1 counters to said tokens and/or buff with anthems. -Typically achieved with Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Dictate of Heliod, Spear of Heliod

3. Disrupt opponent and remove fatties with photon beams: Banishing Light and Devouring Light

4. Use the +1/+1 team members (Abzan Falconer, Ainok Bond-Kin) to swing with the now not-so-insignificant tokens!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially budget ones. I particularly need:

• a way to put +1/+1's on more of my creatures if I don't have Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit.

• a sideboard.
