Budget Attempt at 8 Rack. My definition of "budget" is around $100 or less.
Notes about the deck:
-If you want to lower the cost of the deck even further, replace the necrogen mist with Cunning Lethamancer. Again, not ideal but if you're in a really casual enviorment it should work fine. If that doesn't lower it enough trade out some of the removal for cheaper ones(Ex. Doom Blade). As well as trading the pack rats for other useful creatures.
-The necrogen mists are meant to replicate the effect produced by Liliana of the Veil. Not super ideal in comparison of course. But wizards is amazing at choosing what not to reprint.
-The Hunted Horror is mainly in testing. Who knows if it'll stay but mainly the idea is an out against Leyline of Sanctity. Shifting from the discard theme to a much more aggressive one.
-Inquisition of Kozilek was originally suppose to be in the deck but Wizards once again missed a great chance at a reprint(oath) but who am I to judge?
-The Sideboard can be attuned in any way. Depending on your meta, budget, etc.
-Feedback would be amazing, I love the community here and any suggestions are welcomed.
-Most of the ideas of the deck have been taken from the wonderful "Professor" at the the Tolerian Community College. Other ideas have been picked up from the ever amazing SaffronOlive on mtggoldfish. And last but not least a youtube commenter named Vaclue Aldarian I found on Tolerian Community College's youtube video on 8 rack.
