This is my budget Mogis Commander deck. A friend of mine gave me this deck, and since then I have made several alterations. The deck functions off of "damage to each opponent" cards and a little recursion. Mogis keeps people under a bit of pressure, with support from the rest of the deck.

This deck could be much better, but this is very budget, so additions are very rare and usually cheap.
