This is a Jeskai aggro deck that has exactly one strategy; play Ruhan of the Fomori, load him up with weapons and enchantments, keep him alive and smash.

I find it hard to accurately gage how good an EDH deck is by goldfishing it, but this deck seems shockingly reasonable. Granted, you are probably just getting punched in the face until turn four, but if you develop your board in that time, you're probably doing OK afterwards.
