Abzan counters - preferably you want to get Daghatar the Adamant out ASAP - combined with Ainok Bond-Kin, Tuskguard Captain, Abzan Battle Priest and not always Abzan Falconer then he's pretty much a boss.

You can combo this further with an Ivorytusk Fortress; plus you can move a +1/+1 counter from any target creature thanks to Daghatar to the Ivorytusk then attack after summoning sickness goes and untap on players upkeep so you'll still have a wall of blockers.

Before Daghatar comes out onto the field get the outlast creatures out (Bond-Kin, Falconer, Battle Priest and Tuskguard) and outlast them at least once (very turn based, but does the job later on).

Another notable combo would be if Daghatar were to come into play, Solidarity of Heroes would be a good play with him.

Hardened Scales is a must as having the amount in here - that's 3 extra +1/+1 counters... AND WHO DOESN'T WANT EXTRA COUNTERS?!

The Extinguish All Hope is for when things don't go your way.
