This is a budget deck, as I don't have the means for Snapcaster Mages or Cellestial Colonnade. I have one win condition, as is fit for a true control deck: Entreat the Angels. I use Trading Post and Noxious Revival to reuse miracle cards in my hand. Trading Post also acts as a swiss army knife: gaining life against burn or aggro, drawing cards when I have the mana to spare and giving me creatures to get in the way of attacks. Noxious revival can get me any cards I've used besides miracles but placing those on top of my deck is very synergistic.Lens of clarity lets me control my draw, and I use Mystic Speculation, Telling Time and scry lands to help adjust my draw. Someone commented that miracles can be dead cards in opening hand. With trading post I can use these cards for lifegain, then use them later on with Noxious revival.
