After finding a lack of spirit tribal decks in my price range, I simply compiled a selection of cards from the edhrec website into this.

Feedback is welcome, however the total price of the deck must remain as close to $40 as possible using TCGplayer low prices (preferably with cards being moderately played or better).

Edit: Ghost Council of Orzhova swapped for Obzedat, Ghost Council.

Edit: Removed Elder Pine of Jukai and Library of Leng. Added Nissa's Expedition and Explosive Vegetation.
