Pixy Stix, or Lantern Control, is a deck that attempts to use Codex Shredder + Lantern of Insight or any other mill card like Pyxis of Pandemonium or Ghoulcaller's Bell to control the top card of your opponent's library. Currently, the win conition is primarliy mill, unless the opponent is at 12 and we can triple Glavanic Blast them.

The deck runs by casting a few of our 12 maindeck discard spells, then dropping a Lantern, Shredder, and an Ensnaring Bridge with a few ways to protect it. Infernal Tutor allows us to search up any answer we might need such as Abrupt Decay, Galvanic Blast, Surgical Extraction, or Pithing Needle.

The best matchup for Pixy Stix is definitely a control deck variant. All of their creature removal is dead against you and game 1 is a free win. The worst matchup is burn because they don't care about your bridge. To beat really fast red based creature aggro I considered One with Nothing to discard to 0 as fast as possible. I don't recommend this at all.

Let me know what you think and how I can improve the deck. I'm sick and tired of standard and having to buy new cards every year, so I'm investing in a modern deck so I'll never have to buy cards for the immediate future. Thanks!
