It's ya boy here with another stupid combo deck. Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond , nuff said. This deck wants to pay life to draw lots and lots of cards, gain back that life just to spend it again, and stay in control of the board. Vizkopa Guildmage or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose can take the place of Sanguine Bond. Obzedat, Ghost Council is not an entirely central piece to the strategy, but is rather a nice renewable source of lifegain that is usually difficult for opponents to interact with.

Whenever possible, we're going to spend life instead of silly things like mana. Bolas's Citadel and K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth are finishers that should allow you to essentially draw out your deck and play anything you want.

Blood Artist is a great way to take advantage of opponents whose strategies revolve around sacrificing creatures, or to profit off of a board wipe. Bloodchief Ascension will likewise punish discard strategies. Sangromancer does both.

Draw engines include many black staples such as Phyrexian Arena, Necropotence, Greed, Dark Confidant, and Dark Presence. You should not worry about all the life you will be paying for these because you will be stealing it back from your opponents.

Blood Artist, Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Sangromancer, Pontiff of Blight, Aetherflux Reservoir, and Whip of Erebos should all provide life as fuel for your life-paying ambitions.

Aside from a series of mana rocks, ramp is taken care of by Land Tax, Black Market, Lilliana of the Dark Realms, and Crypt Ghast. You will notice that these provide mostly black mana, but that is also what we will be using most of the time anyway.

For removal, we're mostly using some of Orzhov's greatest hits, such as Vindicate, Mortify, Final Payment, Anguished Unmaking, and Utter End, as well as white staples like Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile. Font of Agonies and Karlov of the Ghost Council will have no trouble charging up and providing renewable creature removal.
