ALLY TRIBAL! (suggestions plz)

So yeah i was searching for all allys and i had the idea "hm, 30... bout enough for an EDH..."

The jam with allys is that all of them have triggered abilities that trigger every single time an ally enters the battlefield. Or they have abilitys based on the number of alllys you control. Or Stonework Puma . To get maximum value out of these of course you want to play tons and tons of allys.

Some exaples are Hada Freeblade ( lots of them have that exact ability) Ondu Cleric , Harabaz Druid or Sea Gate Loremaster .

And that basicly means: throwing all allys into one deck, then adding other things that make/become allys in some form or fashion and a bit of tech.

1 Commander:

I obviously need a 5-color Commander.ATM I think I'm going for Karona, False God . She kind of helps me since i have many creatures of one type, but can kill me on the backswing. And with the newest legend-rule i can't even kill her with one of my clones. Kromat has at least a bit of flavor value as she can be some... exploration god of some sort? Idk, but Karona actually is a tribal card since she pumps my allys.

2 Dem Allys:

So as i said, i basicly threw all creatures with the creaturetype "Ally" in here. Even Stonework Puma . I mean, he triggers my allys and can be cast with any color of mana, right?

3: MORE Allys:

Join the Ranks : it doesnt technically have the ally-type (would have been so sweet as a tribal) but brings 2 Allys and therefore 2 triggers. Pretty nice. and if Stonework Puma makes the cut, this thing is an autoinclude.

Adaptive Automaton: guess witch creature type you are choosing. so sweet. no colored mana, triggers your allys and is a lord in a pinch.

4: What to do if you run out of allys? CLONE THEM!

SO what to do if 32 allys in 99 cards isnt enough?

Phantasmal Image: The cheapest clone in history! so awsome! ANY ally for a mere 2 mana? sign me up! (i guess you can also copy your oponents Emrakul, but who needs that shit if you can have ALLYS!)

Phyrexian Metamorph: costs effectively three colorless mana and you can also clone artifacts. And in case you don't feel like paying 2 life, you can pay 1 extra mana instead. sounds legit. Striktly better then Stonework Puma .

Sakashima the Impostor: the double blue is kinda iffy, but having a mana sink and continuous ally-triggers is pretty neat. Does anyone have some sort of amazing creature on the board? return this guy and copy it. funny as heck. I guess you can play him as 3/1 but thats like the worst thing ever.

5: BURRY YOUR OPPONENT IN EVEN MORE ALLYS!

Progenitor Mimic: So yeah i get the best thing on the board (wich virtually ALWAYS is an ally) every turn? Sounds Ok. And by ok I mean totes sick.

Rite of Replication: this thing costs 9. No excuses. You always kick this. You WANT 5 Ally triggers or 5 blightsteel collossus or whatever the board has to offer.

Riptide Replicator , Volrath's Laboratory : They are pretty pricey manavise, but having a manasink than continuously triggers allys and provides chump blockers is actually not bad. and Riptide replicator can actually produce threats if you invest enough mana.

So that should be enough allys for the moment. What else do we need?

6: Flickering your allys

Cloudshift: saves one dude for 1 mana from imminent death. sounds good. Intant speed ally trigger is also pretty nice.

Ghostly Flicker: So i get two ally triggers at instant speed for 3? Thats pretty good actually. and i can save a dude from death in the process or block 2 things or do some sort of cute trick.

7: Manafixing and Ramp

Explore: I think its not that great in this deck but it has so MUCH FLAVOR. has to be in there. Not actually sorry

Chromatic Lantern: solves all your mana problems in one gorgeous card. makes me cry tears of happyness.

Solemn Simulacrum: such a cool card! i get the mana I want and draw a card when the guy dies? seems legit. beeing forced to pack at least one of every basic could hurt though...

Gilded Lotus: man that thing is cool. It helps with the double-color-casting-cost things i have and ramps pretty good.

Astral Cornucopia ok this is just me beeing cute, but what if you have this an can proliferate? "dude you only have like 2 proliferate spells in 99 cards" oh shush yeah i know. but hey, its at least any mana for 3, wich is pretty normal. "you could play coalition relic if you want to proliferate that bad" hm ok that is a point...

Coalition Relic as i said, the usual 3 mana for any color-deal. but the nice thing is you can storage mana with this thing to have 6 mana on turn 4. NOW we are talking. (and works with proliferate :P )

Sol Ring some dude once said if commander had a power nine, sol ring would be number one. and he is damn right. Its not that great in my deck since i have 5 colors but 4 mana turn FRIGGIN 2 has to be worth something.

8: Anthems and stuff

Door of Destinies, Shared Animosity, Coat of Arms: makes guys hella big. I dont know what else to say .-.

Ajani Steadfast: what can i say? i like them walkers. and with the subtle (+1/+1) counter theme he gets better. Prolifarating with him on the table has to be tons of fun :D

9: Utility dudes: because some not-allys are just to good/funny to not put in here.

Eternal Witness: Not gonna argue with anyone, this card is awsome, Recursion is awsome.

Acidic Slime: Kills anything thats not a dude, deathtouches anything that is a nonevasive dude. i like it.

Zameck Guildmage: ok this one is for the giggles and is probably kinda bad but i like the idea of drawing 1-2 extra-cards per turn.

10: boardwipes and removal

Cyclonic Rift: bouncing every not-your-thing is pretty awsome especially if you can swing for huge with a bunch of allys the same turn. Makes the table hate you but w/e, kill the biggest asshole on the table in the process and you're probably good. Unless you are the biggest asshole. Who am I kidding, that spot is for combo players and superfriends. (<- prejudice)

Spread the Sickness: yeah i get your point its pretty bad, costy, sorcery. but see the bright side: it doesn't set me back on cards as bad as normal removal does, since i get something from it. and it has only one colored mana. and i think proliferating is actuallys pretty good in this deck. And i want to have fun with proliferate. I dont care if its bad. Shut up ._.

Vindicate literally the most versatile removal ever printed. always wanted to play this :D

Maelstrom Pulse second most versatile removal spell. gimme gimme.

Bant Charm tucking a commander? yiss!! kill an artifact? sure why not? counter some random instant? maybe if its a wrath... are there instant wraths =? I dont care, this thing is hella fun!

Merciless Eviction Versatile. Eh well i guess thats all that is to say here. i think most of the time if i don't have to I wont choose "creatures". I've got the feeling there'll be enough people on table who will want to do that for me.

11: Protection from wraths:

Boros Charm the classic from this standart season. only works with destroy-wraths, but i guess/hope its worth it.

Rootborn Defenses boros charm number 2 that copys some random token if i have one. ( i think i have like 4 ways to generate some)

Part the Veil ok it sets back my board but at least it works against all wraths. well exept Cyclonic Rift i guess. :'D

12: Drawing power (aka me likey drawing more allys)

Distant Melody aka the living/drawing dream. drawing 5 cards+ from this thing feels incredible <3.

Tezzeret's Gambit: So I an cast this without colored mana you say? Every one of my +1/+1-countered dudes gets bigger? heck it even works with Ajani Steadfast and Riptide Replicator ! and hey i even DRAWS CARDS!

So yeah i guess we are through. I would really appreciate criticism and suggestions. leave a comment :D
