Casual wizard tribal, gentleman style.

No stupid amount of counterspells, no extra turns, no time wasters, locks or infinite combos.

The deck is not really build around any particular commander. Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir fill the role equally well. Rayne, Academy Chancellor works too. in multiplayer she kinda flies under the radar and is useful for her pillowfort-like ability.

Strategy:

This deck is trying not to be a control deck, but building wizards for aggro is pretty difficult. In short, blue is probably the worst color for the style I have in mind, but trying to swim upriver is half the fun here.
