I built this deck around the Sword of the Meek and Thopter Foundry combo. It uses Dimir colors to control and eventually overwhelm the opponent. Just about the entire deck is CMC 2 so that I can use the Dimir Infiltrators to tutor for anything I need, but they're also a decent swing if need be.
