I tried making a Dualcaster Mage + Fated Infatuation combo deck but neither of the pieces are good enough on their own and this isn't even an efficient combo so I give up. The cheap cards makes a ok casual wizard tribal deck though

I built around High tide a bit so I can combo off on turn 4, but for the same price I could make an infinitely more reliable High tide deck so I don't think the deck is worth itFated infautaion is used instead of Cackling Counterpart because the flashback will never be relevant and UUU is always doable and scrying 2 MIGHT come in handy.

The sideboard is just stuff that I was considering for the deck.
