So you mulligan for the first 3 turns. You want at minimum a turn 2 play and enough mana to get you to turn 3. Prefer a sphinx, but not required.

You play your draw minions, and on turn 4 if you have a counter-spell save mana to counter on their turn. If they don't play a card to counter then play a draw spell instead on their end step. Turn 5 is basically the same. Turn 6 you can spare 2 mana for another visionary or vial.

Goal is to delay death as long as possible using chump blockers, vials, counter-spells, and claustrophobia. If you have to, use displacement wave. Sphinx is easy to set back up next turn. Don't bother pinging for 1 with visionary. They will never threaten lethal, and the other guy might force them to remain tapped an extra turn or throw down some haste creatures.

Do not use fogs until lethal is threatened. By that time, you will likely have 2+ in hand and most of the enemy's deck discarded (<20 cards remaining).

Jace isnt all that important. Before he flips hes a good draw mechanic to try to draw into a missing sphinx. Late game if he flips you can -3 to pull back a draw card. If you flip him early but still don't have a sphinx, you can try to -3 him to draw into one. I've never actually -9d him. Generally they are discarding 4-8 cards every time you -3 him and draw x2 on 1 or 2 sphinxs. The ult is unnecessary.

You win by playing 1 or more Sphinx and decking the enemy. It only takes one, and it can be late in the game if necessary. It's okay to use lots of your draw cards to draw into the sphinx. You have enough stall to draw more of them or play them from the graveyard. You can also displacement wave to recover your visionarys and vials for more drawing. If you bounce jace its okay, he flips again the first time you tap him, and your not planning to ult with him.
