ChiefBell, as the king of b/g/x, what do you think of this?

Running 4 Tasigur is too many - even with the delve cost.

I'd cut a PTE for a Dismember. Giving the opponents land is somewhat bad, and Dismember avoid that.

I'd like to see at least 2 Liliana. She's an absolute house, even in a creature heavy shell.

Wooded Bastion should probably be Twilight Mire

I've seen these builds go for Birds of Paradise or Noble Hierarch now.

I'm not entirely sure I like Kitchen Finks over Scavenging Ooze. Scooze gives you more lifegain against creature heavy decks and can eventually turn into a wincon. Coming down on T2 is really good agaisnt aggro too.

A semi goal of this deck is to make Abrupt Decay and Lightning Bolt ineffective. I've tested with scooze mainboard, and I am not a huge fan. There's a ton of burn in my meta, and scooze is just too slow, while Kitchen Finks often ends up gaining you two life and blocking a Goblin Guide/Monastery Swiftspear. Do you have cockatrice? I would love to get in some more testing for the mirror.

I do. I'm Chief-Bell I think. Or Chief_Bell. Can't play right now though.

If your meta is burn then Finks is the correct choice. If your meta is either slow, or creature aggro like merfolk or affinity then scooze is the correct choice.

In the description attrition is misspelled.

The primer in the description is nice, however I think a deck tech would perfectly complete the description. If you don't know what I mean, take a look at quesobueno123's deck tech in the description of his deck,

-1 Abrupt Decay, +1 Dismember. Why? For the mirror match especially you need to be able to kill 4 mana creatures etc.

-1 Wooded Bastion, +1 Twilight Mire. Why? Just because you need black more than you need white.

-1 Verdant Catacombs, +1 Marsh Flats. Why? Because you want black more than green.

-1 Verdant Catacombs, +1 Treetop Village. Why? Because 3 manlands is about enough and you have a low creature count anyway so you really want to up those manlands.

Gavony Township is great but it makes you lose harder to tron. Some decks swap 2 Gavony Township with 2 Ghost Quarter or Tectonic Edge. Depends on if you have tron in your meta or not.

Regarding manabase: I like to run 8 fetchlands (4 GB, 2 GW, 2 BW). I have seen as many as 9 or 10 before, but I wouldn't run 4 of any fetch except BG because it's your main colours. I like that you have 6 shocklands - that works well. As for basics, I'd rather see 2 swamps than 2 forests. Remember you need T1 Swamp for Thoughtseize. You don't need T1 Forest.

Sideboard: Swap Batterskull for Sigarda, Host of Herons. She wins the mirror match. Put the Dismember in the main, in place of an Abrupt Decay and maybe get a Damnation in there. Seal of Primordium isn't great. You could have Creeping Corrosion but then I wouldn't have both corrosion and Damnation. Could have Feed the Clan. It's almost an auto win against burn decks.

Sorry I made a mistake above - I meant -1 Windswept Heath +1 Treetop Village NOT -1 Verdant Catacombs.
